Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Just For Kickz. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility We accept return requests within 3 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Video proof of unboxing
  • Image proof

Items that are worn, damaged by the customer, or returned after 3 days will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at justforkickzstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions. Do not send items back without prior authorization.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Returns & Change of Mind Because our products are shipped directly from our global fulfillment centers to keep prices low, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review our sizing charts carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
