This website is operated by Just For Kickz. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Just For Kickz. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

Section 2 - Order Acceptance, Fulfillment & Global Shipping Logistics

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

LOGISTICS NOTICE: Our operational structure utilizes a global fulfillment framework. By placing an order, you acknowledge that items may be dispatched directly from overseas fulfillment hubs to keep prices low. Shipping delays arising from customs inspections, international courier constraints, or force majeure events are outside our direct operational control.

Section 3 - Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our strictly enforced policy carefully before placing an order:

  • Return Eligibility: We accept return requests strictly within 3 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition; in the original packaging with all tags attached; accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt); and you must provide video proof of unboxing alongside image proof. Items that are worn, damaged by the customer, or returned after 3 days will not be accepted.

  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds under any circumstances: Sale or clearance items, items marked as final sale, and gift cards.

  • Damaged or Wrong Items: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and unboxing video of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

  • Returns & Change of Mind: Because our products are shipped directly from our global fulfillment centers to keep prices low, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review our sizing charts carefully before ordering.

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our direct error (wrong or defective item). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Section 4 - Refund Processing & Instructions

To initiate a return, please contact us at justforkickzstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2-3 business days with return instructions. Do not send items back without prior authorization.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If you haven't received your refund after 14 business days, please check with your bank first. If the issue persists, contact us directly.

Section 5 - Prohibited Website Uses & Dispute Mitigation

Initiating a bank chargeback or a financial payment processor dispute without first attempting resolution through our formal support channels constitutes a direct violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to present these agreed-upon terms, along with verified delivery tracking numbers and unboxing video requirements, to merchant processors and compliance teams to aggressively contest illegitimate chargebacks.

In addition to other prohibitions, you are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to submit false or misleading information, or to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website.
