At Just For Kickz, we partner with global fulfillment centers to provide you with competitive pricing on high-quality products. Because our items are dispatched directly from our international hubs, please review our shipping timelines and processes carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and routed to our fulfillment centers within 1 to 3 business days of purchase.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
2. Estimated Shipping Delivery Times
By utilizing a global direct-to-consumer fulfillment network, we bypass traditional domestic warehousing to keep retail prices low.

Standard Shipping: 7 to 14 business days.

Please note: These are estimated delivery times. Unforeseen delays caused by customs clearance, international courier bottlenecks, or local postal service interruptions are outside of our direct operational control.
3. Shipment Tracking

Tracking numbers may take 3 to 5 business days to generate data in the courier's system after you receive your shipping confirmation email.

If your tracking link does not show immediate updates, please do not panic. Your package is actively in transit, and the logistics network is simply processing the initial origin scan.
4. Separate Shipments (Multiple Packages)
To ensure your items arrive as quickly as possible, orders containing multiple products may be split into separate shipments based on which global warehouse has the item in stock. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package, and they may arrive on different days.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Just For Kickz is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs, import taxes, and VAT) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are entirely responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.

If an order is returned to us, misdelivered, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will not issue a refund or a free replacement.

If you realize you made an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at justforkickzstore@gmail.com. We will do our absolute best to update the information, but we cannot make any changes once the order has entered the active processing phase.
